Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Overview

ManyLayers is designed from the ground up for data sovereignty. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. For self-hosted deployments, ManyLayers software runs entirely on your infrastructure — we do not receive your prompts, completions, or model outputs unless you explicitly configure telemetry or contact us for support.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account or contact us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and job title.

Usage data (SaaS only): For managed SaaS deployments, we collect platform usage metrics such as request counts, latency percentiles, and feature usage to operate and improve the Service. We do not collect or store the content of your AI prompts or model responses.

Communications: We retain records of support tickets, emails, and other communications you send to us in order to respond to your requests.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service; respond to support requests; send product updates and security notifications (which you may opt out of); enforce our Terms of Service; comply with legal obligations; and improve platform reliability and performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties and do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Residency and Transfers

For self-hosted and hybrid deployments, your inference data, audit logs, and vector store contents reside entirely on infrastructure you control. SaaS deployments are hosted in AWS regions you select at onboarding. If you require data to remain within a specific jurisdiction (EU, US, or other), choose the appropriate deployment model. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom data-residency commitments and execute a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

5. Data Retention

We retain account information for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after termination to facilitate account recovery. Support communication records are retained for 3 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@manylayers.io. Deletion requests will be honored within 30 days subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data. EU/EEA residents have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@manylayers.io. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our marketing website uses first-party cookies to remember your preferences and measure aggregate traffic. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or share browsing data with advertising networks. The ManyLayers platform itself does not set cookies in your infrastructure.

8. Contact
